When you come onto the lot at Taylor Kia, you are warmly greeted by a sales person. Once inside, you are offered water, coffee, warm cookies, fresh popcorn! My salesman took the time to find out what I wanted in a vehicle, what I didn't care for in my current vehicle and found a perfect fit for what I wanted. No high pressure sales pitch, no double-talk - honest!
We worked with Morey Martens and we were very happy with his customer service. We gave him our criteria and he brought out exactly what we were looking for.

Went to Taylor Kia because my engine was going out on my car and the dealership where I originally got it from would not help me out in any way because I still owed on it. Went in to Kia and talked with Chris. At first things were kind of rough on my end. After a little while with Chris's amazing help everything worked out. They took my junk car, got me in a new forte (which I love plus I have never owned a new car), got me a great price that I could afford, and had the most amazing customer service.
