Went to Taylor Kia and drove home in a Kia Forte my sales person was great he has helped my 2 sons and myself in getting a car
Came to check out two used cars that I had been in constant contact about for the last week. When I got there, Fayez (top salesperson) and his sales manager Tom (I believe) said that two used cars that I came to see had been sold. They had not. Had a friend call after to verify and they’re still listed on their website. They obviously use them as a draw and switch to sale new cars which I ended up doing. We spent 4 hours here looking at cars and working to get what we wanted in our budget. Donny and the others we talked to were so nice to us and very patient. They never rushed us or got frustrated and I was a little difficult not sure what I wanted at first. We came from an hour away and are completely happy with our new 2018 Kia Sedona and with our experience at Taylor Kia. They even got it in the white color I wanted. Thank You!
