The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Usually, I have a good experience at Taylor KIA. However, yesterday I had an appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there 2 hours! While it's appreciated that there is a somewhat comfortable waiting area and lots of free snacks. That does not make up for having to sit there for 2 hours.
Originally gave a 5 star review because I thought the service was great but now I see that it is not.....was originally told my monthly payment would be around $400 a month just to find out it was raised to $538 a month..then my vehicle had to be towed back to kia because it broke down 4 days into ownership and they told me they would have it looked at and let me know what happened by 11 am the next day..i called at 5 when I got off work and they hadn't even touched it yet. This is my second vehicle from there. Went from a 2013 Rio to an 2017 Optima. The ride is a little more smoother with the Optima being bit larger than Rio. The only thing different is the way the key shaft is to start. Brady Jensen did a great job. Then while heading home realized left something very important , garage door opener, in the old car so called Brady and said that we left this went back next day to get it
Brady jensen made our car buying experience awesome got us a hell of a deal and was very understanding.
Traded my 03 ram in for a 07 gmc because I needed a truck with a bigger cab. work with Brady and it was a very pleasant experience he worked with me a lot answered every question I had if he didn't know the answer he went immediately to find it out for me all an all just a great place..... Brady you the man thanks for the help !
Worst service department in the world had a appointment at 10:45 today dropped it off last night i called at 3:30 and they haven't touched it yet. Have a 2014 sedona wife wants to trade it in and get a new one, i know i will never buy another car from this dealer.
