If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely the worst customer experience I've had anywhere, doing anything. About a month ago I needed help with intermittent drivability issues. Big run around, inconvenience. Service was terrible, staff was rude, manager told me my issues were unlikey, and ownership is MIA. Cant get anyone to stand up and say we're sorry, or we're wrong. My kia had an engine issue and took it to see bob in service he checked it right away got kia warrenty to cover it and I got a loaner car
Love my Optima! This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. My salesman Brady Jensen was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Unprofessional False advertising What a waste of time, after a week talking to Gilda through emails and phone calls I got the chance to go down to your dealership and was helped by Brad Somogye, who was somewhat knowledgeable and tried to help us but the big joke is Ben Schoen, he gave us 1200$ for a 1999 suburban And 300-500$ for a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee !!!
