I went to Taylor Kia because that is where I purchased my first Optima. I always liked the car and knew it was time for a new car. I was a nervous wreck. I was greeted by a very nice young gentleman. I had the best Sales guy ever. Gilbert Hadden. He was honest and wasn't trying to pull over a fast one just to get a deal. I had a good experience. I gave it three stars because it seemed like the process was unnecessarily prolonged. I'm not sure if they just did not have enough staff working that day or what, but I did not feel the sales staff spent the time needed.
Went to Taylor Kia to purchase a new Sedona. They tried selling us a "brand new" Kia Sedona with 4000 miles. Not only were the miles out of proportion for a new vehicle, the van had several items in it that indicated the car was taken on a vacation. Namely: sand in the back hatch. Some sort of clothing under the seat. A laptop charger. The carpet was matted with dog hair. Pretzels in the back seat. Liquid stains everywhere. My friend bought his truck from here and he's had a loner vehicle longer than the truck he bought. Would strongly recommend to NOT use this dealership!
Awful awful...my 21 year d bought a used truck, which he shouldn't have, they gave him a loan with no full time employment (because he works part-time since he is in college). Financed it more than truck is worth and for 9% interest. Yeah he was a sucker and they saw it. Had the truck 3 days and broke down...called 3 days later said it was fixed...nope broke down an hour later. Still waiting for it to come back...tried to get out of deal as they just screwed him because there is no way he can pay the monthly pymt. Where told... read more
Absolutely horrible how they took advantage of my friends son, working part time and going to college,selling him a junk vehicle that has broke down several times since purchase. He has only had it for a couple of weeks.
I have been going with them for years! Got my First 2005 KIA Optima, than a grey 2007 KIA Optima. Later went back for a 2015 KIA Forte n liked it so much purchased another 2015 KIA Forte ,of course a different color. Just recently got rid of one of the Fortes n traded it in for a 2017 KIA Sorento n l love my New SUV. Drives so smooth!
