I went in looking for a specific used Kia Rio. Alex Lucic helped me at the door and I couldn't be happier. There was a hole in the bumper from the previous owner and Alex was able to get it taken care of for us at no additional cost provided we bought the car. We're excited for our new (used) Rio. As of writing this, we're waiting on the car to be detailed and fixed before we pick it up. Five stars are for the service I have received up unto this point.
Chris Molnar was fantastic to work with!! The atmosphere was fantastic. It was upbeat and everyone there was pleasant. We left with 2 brand new KIA Forte's. When we say brand new the cars had 11 and 22 miles on them. They made sure we got to see the cars drive them and the colors we wanted. They were very understanding having our little one there who was getting tired. I would much prefer this location to the Findlay location. I left you a message on your voicemail at Hyundai perrysburg. I will be at your 96 hour sale with a sign of how your business reputation is not what you protray it to be. Bought a vehicle from you with the aul insurance and been lied to and treated with disrespect. Had a good experience sales person good personality I think the promotions are a way to get you there and not necessarily what has been advertised. However having said that I told Brett what I needed to have my payments be purchased a 2015 Soul low mileage paid off my car and walked out the door a happy camper thanks Brett Pavlich and thanks to the gentleman with the magic fingers who made it happen!#
Back to Taylor for my newest ride. I’ve always been happy with their sales and service. The car itself ( Sportage) is a lovely ride.
