Bought a 2016 Jeep Compass at Taylor Kia had it maybe a week before it broke down. They took it to Yark to get diagnosed. I’ve called & left several messages I have not received a call back or message! It’s been three weeks since I’ve had my Jeep and still have no idea what is going on with it since no one will me call back. �
We jst got our 2nd car from Taylor KIA....we absolutely loved our Forte and we jst upgraded to an Optimum and both times Donny P took amazing care of us...go to him if you wanna great deal!!! He’s incredible and we will never go to anyone else!!
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I go there for a few problems in the 3 times I have owned my car. And the piece that broke off isn't covered under warranty and I have to pay to have it looked over. Their goals and motives are nothing like they promise. If they didn't spend so much money on social media/radio/newspaper/mail advertisements as well as the "complimentary" items in their lobby and put that money towards helping their customers they would be keeping more people than they're losing.
