Service is a joke, no one is willing to help. We will not be buying another Kia. Joe the service manager was not friendly, he was very rude and didn't offer any help or a resolution. I suggest if your thinking of going to Kia for a vehicle think twice. If you ever have a car you are still paying on and want to trade it in that is rolled over into your new loan so you can never refi since you will always owe more than its worth just a tip.

I drove my dying car into Taylor Kia's lot and Gil was the first person to approach me. I told him what I wanted and what I could do, and gil and the team worked to get my rolling off the lot in a brand new 2018 Kia Rio. Best decision I made. Thanks again Gil!

RecommendedMy fiancé and I went there today not wanting to buy a car, only to look and Brandon completely changed our minds. We spent 3.5 hours there but everyone we met was good company. I’ve never felt so comfortable talking finances and credit with a stranger as I did today. I definitely recommend buying from here and find yourself Brandon.
