absolutely never again!!!! purchased a car there a little over a month ago, had nothing but issues with it.. also signed papers stating they will not give out information and we have received multiple phone calls some at 9 PM where they got our phone number from taylor kia, this place is a joke. I am surprised your rating is even a 3.6 but VERY confident it will only go lower.
The financing of any credit situation is a LIE! My son went there, 100 a month payments is only IF you have 70% of cost of vehicle to put down. Have to have a credit rating already of min. 620....just stay away

Tired of my 2014 having issues!!!!!! AC.. hoses.. gas leak.. replaced radiator. . Front corner panel keeps poping out.. had car 4 months have had 3 rentals and 5 or more services done..even left message for Steve TAYLOR on his answering machine....never a return call!!!!!!! >:[
Taylor KIA has an excellent service staff - Stacey already had an idea what the problem was, scheduled me, got the car in, fixed and cleaned and on the road in a timely manner!!

Horrible I bought a car there and nothing but problems, had to fight to get stuff fixed. Then fixed wrong and not all the way. Causing more problems. Then driving and things fall off. Will not return phone calls. Didn't even want to give a star.
