I called 10 days ago about the 50% off deal and was told I would be called back asap. I'm still yet to hear back. I'm also a returning customer as I purchased a car from you in 2016. I will not be buying another car with you guys if this is not made right.
After 2 years of trying to get a new car after buying my first one today I walk out with a brand spankin new car all thanks to Brett Longstaff!!! He was amazing, took 6 hours but not once did he seem any kind of annoyed or impatient! Knew how to hold up a conversation, if you need a new car have faith and go see him!!!
You go there once and they send you crap, call your phone non stop. I have called and told them to stop calling me and sending me their crap. Continues to this day. Next step is a lawyer. It's borderline harassment. Worst car place yet. High prices peice of junk.
Can't get anyone to call me back about my problem with my new car. Bad after sales. They ordered touch up paint doesn't match my car. Want them to correct,but no help from Lima Taylor KIA. Don't buy from them!!!!!!!
I've been turned down twice and what people have commented mainly is true. A rather shady car company. They make you feel they're going to make a great deal then once the deal is turned down or doesn't go through its a simple apology and on to the next customer. They don't go to the full extent or stand behind their "guarantee"s. O went in for a trade and prepared myself and them before about our finances and what we owed. Awful dealership. Worst experience, lied about car details. Music is very loud can't hear what they are saying. Sales people get emotional and rational and are very rude at times. Unprofessional, would never buy a car from here. Please look elsewhere!
I would not purchase a car through them. Been here twice and had a terrible experience both times. The manager, Jim Welch was very rude and has terrible customer service as well as Elizabeth who works there. This place is not worth your time. Better dealers and people out there to purchase a car from.
