They took my trade in and down payment real quick, but took forever to get get the title. I had to call them twice to ask where it was. Then after we had already registered our new car, and saw our trade in had been bought and driving around town, they threaten to "undo the deal" because of information they failed to ask for in the first place. Bait and switch advertising! They advertise $6000 additional trade-in for ANY trade, but when you ask about it for the car you want to buy it's" oh sorry, not for that model". They also neglected to tell us about rebates on the car we bought. Real crooked Dealership, buy in Ft. Wayne if you must!
Bought a 2010 dodge caliber 45 days ago it broke won't start they won't even make it right thieves really I highly recommend not going there they sell garbage an there dishonest now me an my gf are going to take a hit on are credit cause these thieving bastards won't fix the car I mean I didn't even get tags before it broke down bank can come get this piece of shit. ...
They sold my number to a warranty company. I sold that car a year ago. I get 3 calls a day. When I tell them I sold it, they call me from a different number. Today I got 6 calls from the same number plus 3 from other numbers. Fuck Taylor Kia!!!
I don't understand how you guys can let someone drive a car off your lot, financed.. Then bug the crap out of them weeks later for more and more paper work about a job they no longer work at!!! Doing this to my daughter.. I'm going to bring you guys the car back and I expect all of her money back she put down on the car. I will be taking her to a Chrysler dealership to get her a car.
Worse place to get a car. Please, if you're thinking about getting a (new) - used car, don't go to Kia. Go elsewhere!!! I've had nothing but problems with my '13 Corolla. Not only disappointing, but a waste of money as well!
I can't even tell you how happy we are with our new 2015 Kia Soul we purchased in June 2015! I wanted to wait before I wrote a review to see if it was a car that we liked. And it is! It's roomy enough for my two boys and my husband and the sports gear. The customer service was great and our salesman, Breck, wasn't pushy about a sale at all..we went in to look for a car and ended up leaving with a new car.
