BUYERS BEWARE! Do not buy a car from this dealership! I loved my Subaru crosstrek, but I wanted something bigger and bought something else. Since I sold my Subaru in September 2020, I was due back my gap insurance and extended warranty. I need service for a new battery. Apparently, the battery in my Soul is unique so I can’t just get one anywhere. I called twice on Saturday, no one answered the phone. I managed to speak to someone today and it’s going to be almost two weeks before they can service my car. In the interim, I have a 2018 vehicle that is useless.
