Taylor kia had me bring my car back a week after purchasing it because the bank didnt approve my loan for the car. They then charged me over $500 for a car I did not purchase 3 weeks later. They are now ignoring my calls after I filed a dispute with my bank. I do not recommend this car dealership they also tried to get me for as high as a payment they possibly could and as long as they could. Over all they buying experience had it flaws! But when your only dealing with an outside vendor it’s hard to get quality service! Once I got the right people the buying experience was great. Didn’t have to get the price down. Don’t know about there service yet that’s a later review
Got a flyer, said I won $5000 dollars. Nothing about a chance to win, said if you matched 3 cars you won the prize. Had 3 silver cars 5 grand prize, cool. Showed up and saw my exact same prize ticket taped to the table. Began to think this might be a scam. Got a speel about how they were literally targeting low-income and disadvantaged people. They send out “Winning" tickets just to get people in the door. When in fact no one wins ever. What kind of Car dealership does that? I was considering buying a car from them, but after this. I absolutely will NOT! Don't send out “winning" tickets, just to get people in the door. My money will go to other dealerships who don't try this crap to get people in the door.
Received a game ticket which showed we had won $5,000. even after reading small print on back it appeared legitimate. After driving 40 minutes found sales office full of other customers who had also been decieved. Sales person gave typical sales pitch and wanted my conact information. Before giving this info. I asked about the "winning ticket" we had recieved and was told "if you use a magnifying glass" you can read the super small print which basically says the icons on the card do not actually show what you've won. Recieved the Lottery Style ticket stating you've won $5000. Realized from other posts and research that it was a big scam. This is an awful way to get people in the door just to give them 2 dollars and a sales pitch. And not to mention getting people's hopes up only to find out it's all fake. I don't write bad reviews, ever. But the Taylor Kia company should know this is in bad taste on their part. Shame on you.
