Made an unscheduled stop at Taylor Kia of Lima this morning !! Their Service Dept Consultant Anthony Rose is awesome!! I had driven down street where they were taking down trees and, of course, got a branch or something stuck under my car making a terrible racket ! No!! This place is joke. They think I should bring my car in so they can look at what is wrong and order the part. Then bring it back in to install the part when they get it. So two afternoons sitting in their dealership waiting for a tire sensor that was already checked by a business I trust. (Findlay)
