Dave was great! I had an injury and was using a walker, he was great bringing up different options right to the door so I didn't have far to go. the good...customer service, will work with your needs, friendly the bad...poor communications after sales, it seems that everytime you need something you have to talk to someone else and no one has any idea what is going on so you have to repeat yourself a lot! they are slow...spent 6 hours in the showroom buying my van and then another 3 hours there to get the scratches in my door buffed out. based off of conversation with other customers while waiting this is a continuing problem
I was told I would get $500 for my Car. So I signed the papers came home the next day I looked at the papers any game I $300 call them up act like nothing was but $300. I told him we agree on $500 at least 3 times or more but then he is me $300 that's lieing to me
