The service department took 5 times to fix our car and it's still not right. Maybe get people in there that know what they are doing instead of kids. And tell the costumer the truth instead of lying to them! will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

I recently just bought a car from Taylor Kia and let me tell you how it went... I walked in and got paired with Brett Longstaff, and he was hands down amazing. I told him what I could and couldn’t do, and he never pressured me to do more. He fought to make sure I got the best deal and you don’t hear that from many sales reps.
