they were dishonest about the car I bought for my daughter and they refused to fix it. the check engine light was on when I bought the car, I was told it was the O2 sensor which they would fix. however when I picked the car up the light was still on. I had them check the car again and was told it was fine, just a sensor glitch. the light never went off and 3 months later there is a major issue with the car that they refuse to fix. I was welcome with respect and got 2 cars and a ford f150 4x4 truck from there just got a 2017 Kia forte because my other car 2017 Kia Rio was totaled out by my insurance company because hitting a deer with it Dave & Wyatt helped me out and Justin in finance was kind and helpful
They wanted me to schedule an appointment but I could only get there when my schedule allowed. I was welcomed with open arms and knew exactly what I wanted. They gave me less on my 2012 GMC Acadia I was trading in but I was able to do a healthy negotiation...after I found out my Acadia model year has had ALOT of problems and resale value is very low! I love my new 2018 Nissan Armada, Brett!! Thank you for helping me with the purchase!!
I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at Taylor Kia in Lima. Everything from their service department to sales and everything in between all do great jobs. Anthony Rose in the service department is a lovely service advisor. I actually just bought a ‘19 Forte from Brett Longstaff; I also have zero complaints about him and his service. He is a great guy, easy to get along with, extraordinarily helpful. If you are in the market for a Kia or looking to get your Kia serviced, I recommend Taylor Kia of Lima.
Got in a car accident last week, came in and they helped me handle my gap insurance claim and Derek (DQ) helped get me in a car that day. Derek made the entire time very casual and he was really focused on getting me something I knew I wanted. He asked me what I liked and we checked out everything I was interested in, didn’t put pressure on me to get something I didn’t want either.
