I had my hair highlighted and was not happy with the outcome. My stylist was polite and listened to my comments, and offered to try to remedy the issues. The proprietress then intervened and started shouting at me telling me the hair was exactly what I'd asked for and was perfect. "Treated"my a partner a couple of times, but never again. They used the old fashioned cap for colour which is outdated and painful. First cut by Taylor was good, but second time Taylor was ill and John did the cut. Was charged £60 more than the previous time for the same thing (£335 vs £275), when I went in at a later date, his condescending wife Anne couldn't even come off a call to talk to me initially. His wife, Anne Ferguson, is without doubt one of the most unpleasant, condescending people I’ve ever encountered. Rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic decency — it’s as if being horrible is her full-time job. If you’re hoping for kindness, professionalism, or even the bare minimum of courtesy, look elsewhere.
