C’est un vieil hôtel qui a été remis un peu au goût, avec un certain charme. Les chambres sont assez basiques et un peu défraîchies malgré l’effort. La moquette fait vieille, sur les sous-draps des poils et des saletés partout. La salle de bains pue. Voir vidéos dans mon commentaire sur l’état des draps. Ca ne donne pas envie de dormir ici. An amazing almost magical place. A total escape. All the staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Very dog friendly! When the sun goes down the place transforms, with all the corridors lined with candles( I wish I had taken a photo!) I wish we could have stopped longer.
We had the best time.. a wonderful hotel great service fantastic location … Stewart was amazing behind the bar and lighting the fire pits … Tom cruise and Bear Grill's all rolled into one !!!
What a weekend! I was part of a large party who had exclusive use of the hotel for a Birthday celebration. The staff were outstanding - they went the extra mile and were always on hand if anyone needed anything. The food and rooms were great, and the setting on the loch is stunning. It truly felt like we were in our own little bubble away from the world and were all made to feel at home at Taychreggan. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable, special weekend.
