The Tavern Restaurant Westfield Have you tried their Beef Marsalla? It's DELICIOUS! The dining room is comfortable, maybe just a bit crowded at times. The waiters and waitress go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I love the band, Built for Comfort, that plays there often! A great place to meet up with friends and family.
Tavern Restaurant The Tavern Restaurant is a great place to go and get a good meal at a reasonable price. The food is very good and the bar is small but nice. The employees are great..very friendly. The owner, John, is always around to greet you while you are there.

Very disappointing meals My husband and I took our son to The Tavern last night for his birthday. He is a college student, we live 90 minutes from Westfield. Management was friendly, the service was great. My husband and son had clam chowder which they said was delicious. I ordered a ceasar salad, the lettuce was very poor quality, along with a total of two croutons for an additional dollar more than the tossed salad. The rolls were hot and very good. Tavern Resturant The Tavern is a great place to go for a drinks with friends or dinner with the family. The Tavern has a nice atmosphere and great service. The food is consistently very good. I recommend the eggplant parm. There is always enough to bring home!
A pleasant surprize Someone gave us a gift certificate to the Tavern and we almost gave it away because we thought it was a bar joint. We went anyway and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices were fair. We had sandwiches and something light. The service was friendly and we didn't feel rushed to get out. I recommend the Tavern for lunch or an early dinner.
Tavern Restaurant Best steak in town! We meet friends there for dinner as its location in the center of town is very convenient. The atmosphere is nice but it can get rather loud at times. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I recommend the Tavern quite often to family and friends.
