Good local restaurant The Tavern is a good restaurant when you want to eat close to home. The atmosphere is not the best. It is extremely dark. The menu is good. The prime rib is great! They offer it on Thursdays and Sundays. The portions are good and the service is good. Overall, I like going here when we don't want to travel far to eat.
Good food The Tavern on the Green has great food. We have fun playing Keno while we eat dinner in the bar area. The service is friendly and the food is always good. I recommend it.
Nothing Great..Music is better than the food Geez I must have a high standard because we are not crazy about this place. The food is your standard bar food with little taste and usually luke warm on arrival. It is a tight squeeze at the bar to eat if it is busy. I think it is overplaced for the quality. They have live music and there is very limited parking which can be difficult.
What a great place to eat The Tavern is a nice place to eat. There club sandwiches are excellent. the services is great and the atmosphere is very quite. the building has alot of history in town, and it is nice to see that someone is making use of it.
GREAT PLACE TO MEET OLD FRIENDS I recently met a few friends out after work and found the tavern to be a great place to listen to music and have a great meal. the staff was very polite and the music to our liking. Wife also had a baby shower that the tavern truly excelled and providing great service and a wonderful brunch.
A great place to eat The Tavern keeps with the tradition of its predecessor on Columbus Ave. and the South End location with great dishes, service and atmosphere. Great sausage & ziti!
good food and service I have only been to the Tavern Restaurant one two occasions, but both were good experiences. I have been for lunch and for dinner. Good food, good service and reasonable prices.
Great Atmosphere The Tavern is located in the center of Westfield. It is a great spot to go out and have dinner and drinks. Food is excellent. The staff is very friendly. There is always entertainment on the weekends.
Great Place to Eat The Tavern is a great place to have lunch, dinner, or just a snack. I have eaten here at all three times and had great service and great food each time. I've also handed out gift certificates for other people to enjoy.
