Awful. Cold and unwelcoming. Avoid
Good location Ideal for me working close to taunton and parking
My 81 year old mum was phoned and accused of stealing a cushion and breaking a glass and threatened with a £60 fine!!! It has really upset her Did not see a soul The whole time we were there The shower above us made a really loud noise and our room was cold
Was here for work and it was comfortable enough and spacious. Close to town and amenities. Self check in and check out. No complaints at all. Had a good stay.
If I could give zero star, I would. It is not a hotel as there is no one on site to provide any service at all. The receptionist on the phone is the rudest person I have ever come across. I was on a business trip and the booking was fully paid and confirmed via my work organisation’s booking system. The horribly rude receptionist said my credit card was decline (it was impossible as I obviously did not make the booking with my credit card!).
