Love the idea of this place, but execution is poor. Croque Monsieur was soggy, cafe au lait was virtually entirely milk. The barrista even suggested adding coffee from the thermos when he made it.
Definitley try the gruyere and ham croissant and also have the morning bun if you're still hungry.
Really delicious breakfast & pastry options. Tres leche cake is amazing!
Order your sandwich to go and eat at Mission Dolores Park for some excellent SF people watching. Better than being smooshed into a communal table. Also, save room for ice cream at Bi-Rite Creamery.
