Too many good things here to really suggest anything. Come in the morning for a breakfast pastry or come after 4:30pm for fresh out of the oven bread but always expect a line out the door.
Sandwiches are big but tasty. Go with pastrami.
Way overrated! Had the bread pudding which was awful and the morning bun was mediocre at best. Go to Knead on 24th and Folsom and get the creme brûlée pastry. No line, best pastry ever.
The sandwiches are amazing
this place is trending buy thats all. Lines are Huge because the service overall is slow,I had to wait more than 15 min for a coffee, which btw is not so good. The plain croissant is very good though
The pastries (banana-cream tarts; éclairs) are second to none.
Order anything with a giant latte and while away a rainy day :)
Best Morning Buns in the Bay Area. Long lines, but be patient because the morning buns are worth the wait.
Wish they had an express line for loaves like Bi-Rite has for pints.
