I do not like leaving reviews. In this case, it is important that I do. I placed a similar review on the page one day and the next it was taken down. My hope is to help others in the process. My experience is the company does charge your credit card without your permission. Yes, the product is okay. However, the billing practices are NOT. Despite numerous calls and emails to cancel my account. They continue to charge my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Do yourself a favor if you order...use cash. I am so done and tired. Horrible customer service. You can't cancel with them without a giant headache. Cancelled in November and have proof, and continue to receive shipments and be charged. I have sat on hold, I have done the chats, I have sent emials, only once did a get a prompt response and thats when i left a negative social media review. Still nothing is resolved, they sent me a credit for 27.00 dollars, when I was incorecctly charged for 75 after I have already cancelled. Not worth this headache. Do not do business with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM PROACTIV, THEY WON'T LET YOU CANCEL !!!! I subscribed to Proactiv for my daughter several years ago. She is now out on her own and no longer needs the product (which never really worked). I called to cancel in November and was told the subscription was canceled. Several days later, I received an email saying I owed a payment from back in April and they would be charging my CC. I looked into it and thought I owed the payment so I was fine with that. My experience with proactive was horrible.. I bought this product a few years back hoping it would help my acne and the opposite happened.. instead I was almost taken to the ER with some chemical burns all over my face.. plus they kept over charging my bank account and kept sending the product to my apartment even after I ended the subscription with them..

Do you not do business with this company. First of all, their product did not work on my daughter. I had to try twice before this company actually canceled my subscription. Now, they are sending me emails several times per week, saying that I still owe them money. I do not owe them any money. I was told that I had a zero balance when I canceled my account. Today, they sent a note saying they were going to charge my credit card. They have been an absolute nightmare.

Rip off company don't even bother with their deals because they will screw you! I got 2 shipments and canceled my order so tell me how I paid over $170 for supposedly their $30 deal what a joke I'm so mad at myself for falling for this. Never have I wasted money like that to get ****.

I had purchased the Proactiv products for many years without any concerns. I was able to manage my subscription and payment information online without any problems. However, within the last 3 years, the business has changed for the worse: 1. Proactiv failed on numerous occasions to ship the products despite calling customer service and resubmitting orders. 2. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Took over a month to cancel my subscription. Their online portal was never working correctly. After I cancelled my subscription I continued to get emails stating I owed money 4 months after I canceled. It threatened collections. Upon calling, they stated it had been resolved and paid yet they continued to send emails with a PAY NOW button in the body of the email. They have probably double dipped on many people who already satisfied their ********.

Despite being told I cancelled this subscription in Sept 2021, I am still being billed in Feb 2022!!! Impossible to get through to someone and the website is absolute garbage!! It is a shame bc the products do work well, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have been fighting these charges with my credit card company for months. It is disgraceful.
