Makes it impossible to cancel subscription. The whole thing is a scam and I cant believe they are still in business.
Theyre truly a scam. I just signed up with them today and my order came up to $35 dollars. Once I placed my order theres a remaining balance of $70. I called them to cancel my subscription and order, and they told me its too late to cancel my order when it hasnt even been shipped yet. They are a total scam looking to steal money from people. Proactiv is an absolute scam. Their products only make acne worse. They sign you up as a subscription and make it nearly impossible to cancel. Even if you don't use their products after you unsubscribe, they will send things and charge you. You won't know you owe any money until you're sent to collections. They are terrible. You pay for product that you don't use and they don't refund you either. Terrible business. Stay away!
So I cancelled my subscription July 24. Now August 3 what do you know ** being charged for my subscription. I speak with ****** who says that I still have a subscription. Then I proceed to tell him I have proof that I canceled my subscription. I took pictures of everything I don't know why but Im glad I did. Stay away from this company. I placed an order and received something different. I told the Company right away and they said it is too late to cancel . They can't cancel a few minutes after the order was placed? That does not make sense. So of course I had to pay to return because their website is terrible. They refuse to refund the shipping cost.I will never order from them again.
This company is a complete SCAM. They bill you for products you did not order. They refuse to cancel your orders THEY placed unauthorized. They severely over charge. At 1 am I received an email for products I did NOT order!!!!! I called at 7 am. They absolutely refused to cancel stating it has left the warehouse. Filing fraud with my bank! Steer clear of these people!!!!
No way to cancel subscription! I tried to cancel for an entire month! No one would get back to me but they still charged me! Now I cant get a full refund and the products dont work! Im so mad. This company makes it impossible to cancel any orders. I had logged on to their website and it demonstrated I have no current or future orders or subscriptions. However, I received an email at 1 am EST that an order was placed, and I contacted them at 7 am EST to cancel. I was told that the order has already been prepared for shipping, so I am unable to cancel the order. Their customer service was absolutely not going to help me.
