I logged in last week to make sure I didn't have a subscription anymore and it stated that I didn't have a subscription when I logged in....so I thought I had cancelled it last time and had forgotten. The product does not work! The company keeps taking money out. No email warning the money was getting taken out. I looked on website to cancel could not find a place to cancel online, you have to call!When I called they tried to talk me into continuing with the product and call back if I didnt like the product. Literally so annoyed and learned my ******* Will never be purchasing from this company again. I wanted to try it out, it broke my face out completely so I decided I did not want to use it anymore. Went on the website for over 30 mins trying to figure out where I can cancel my membership. Used this product about 15 years ago and didnt have good results so I stoppedI didnt pay for it, my grandma did. It might work for some, but not all That being said, I have a charge on my debit card from TPC*Proactive. And it says its recurring I have not signed up to receive the product. I have not given this company my card information I called my bank, reported the charge as fraudulent, replaced my card and filed a claim for the charges. I am waiting for a response. Don't risk doing business with this company. I purchased over 200 dollars worth of product for my teenager. It was terrible on his skin and his face was inflamed and broken out for 2 months. 1. I emailed asking how to return the product and stated I want to purchase the sensitive skin set. Ten days, still no response. 2. Very disappointed with the cancellation process. When I called to inquire about my refund for a returned product for a cancelled subscription, I was informed that the ********** sales tax would be deducted from my refund. #1 - a customer should not have to ask for their refund when the product is returned, #2 - ********** sales tax cannot be deducted from a refund. Fraudulent and unethical company practices!
Don't EVER **************** is impossible to cancel. I have cancelled several times and STILL am getting billed. I finally had to contact my bank to mark the charges as unauthorized. **************** is the absolute worst.
DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THE PROACTIV VOID!!!!! After you finally manage to get the subscription cancelled, they will still keep charging you!! Calling them is a joke!! Very hard to understand, or they dont understand you...I finally had to cancel my debit card to keep them from charging me monthly fees for my account, orders that never arrive!!
I just want my credit card removed. I had to call to cancel my subscription because I couldn't do it myself online. I have no other scheduled payments with the plan I was on. I spoke to two representatives that said they are unable to remove my card but assured me my subscription was canceled. I don't want my card on file if I'm not utilizing their products and I shouldn't be forced to keep my card on file. I want it removed.
