Will never use the subscription service again. I tried it twice and both times I ended up with no product and charges on my card. The subscription service is the most inept process. The products are good and work well.

This company is horrible! I absolutely agree that this is the worst Customer Service. I cancelled my subscription and was charged afterward. I was told that I even had a balance. I told them I would return it then to get a full refund (because I originally wanted only the amount charged AFTER my cancellation), but they wouldn't do that. I asked for a return label emailed, and they wouldn't send it for "3-5 business days".... So, I asked for the address so I could send it back today, and they would not give it to me. Extraordinarily shoddy packaging and application. I actually have to have help opening the tube of lidocaine. One person holding the ridiculously complex top while the other presses the weak plastic tube into the cap and turns. The tube twists at the bottom and the middle so that after each opening the product squirts out uncontrolled. So far the medicine has not done what it is supposed to do, but I am instructed to apply 1g out of a 30g tube with no markings on it. I may or may not be getting the correct dosage. The shoddy packaging makes the product unusable. I can’t comment on if the product works because loading the applicator was difficult. You are supposed to squeeze the medicine from the bottom of the tube up into the applicator which took forever and was nearly impossible. The next day I tried to load the applicator but the tube of medicine had developed several holes. Loading the applicator was now completely impossible as the product oozed out the holes each time you squeezed it to try and load the applicator. It’s complete... read more
