Target Active basically kept me sane this lockdown by allowing members to hire their spin bikes. The videos were entertaining and motivational - it felt like a night out in my own house while the toddler was asleep :) Thank you so much!
I have been working with Dan during lockdown 3. I was struggling to make the times of zoom workouts with my regular gym, so Dan put together a bespoke plan for me to work through each day at a time that suited me. I have 30/45 min varied workouts set each day which utilises the limited equipment I have at home, alongside body weight movements.
