Chris was Very friendly and helpful with sorting out a payment plan for both Carpet .Once both been paid off helped arrange finding people to fitted it too . Thank you for all your help and support both carpets look great in bedroom apart from the glue down door runner's thant annoying as can't take carpet up should move what should of done was screw down the door runner not glued it down . 💯🌟😊 Lidy

Short story: very poor customer service, missed 3 appointments, wasted 3 weeks and I eventually cancelled the order and have gone elsewhere and saved a decent amount of money. Long story: We visited the store on the 19th of October and went through our requirements with Chris the manager. He was very helpful and we booked a measure up for the following Thursday (23rd of October). Extremely helpful they did everythi g they could to help us out of a big problem. The staff in the store. The fitters were excellent Jake and Jamie really pleased with the whole experience.
