I had Tantalize provide a wonderful meal for 16 people which was eaten in the comfort of our own home. Such a brilliant idea if you want to have the 'WOW' factor at a dinner party but don't want to cook the food yourself. I was delighted to be able to join Andy and Rosa for the inaugural Tantalize event – and what a fantastic evening it was. A twelve course tasting menu, taking the Epicurean adventurer on a trip through the flavours of the world. There is no way of describing the experience in words to do it justice so here is my humble try. Every dish was a different challenge to the senses with lighting, sounds, smells as well as tastes being imaginatively used to enhance the dishes. The personal touches throughout were an incredible way of getting you involved and working your memories, challenging convention.
