I am a lender and have worked with Tanika on many deals, so I was already aware of her level of expertise when I asked her to list my home for sale. But she exceeded my expectations by FAR. Her attentiveness, attention to detail, her team, the quality of the vendors she recommended... I mean everything was TOP NOTCH! My home stood out among all actively listed in my market. Brittnei was great to work with. I moved from North Carolina and all of our communication was through email, text, and over the phone. She was very responsive to any questions I had and was able to provide me with videos of houses and helpful suggestions; she helped finding a place one less thing to worry about in my move halfway across the country.
