Earsla was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. She did her homework and were able to find houses with all my criteria before they were even listed! She is very well connected within the industry. Punctual to every appointment and very close contacts throughout the process. Tanika was great to work with! She was responsive (even when she was on a family cruise) and is still just a text a way for my one-off questions. She was able to pick up me and my husband's style and tailored out search to homes that fit taste and family needs. She even stuck with us when we had to pause our home search for a few months. When we finally found our family home, she as helpful in helping us negotiate really good terms for our offer. Tanika is great to work with and I would def recommend her to anyone.

If you’re looking for a realtor, Tanika is your girl. We moved from out of State and felt it would take several trips back and forth to find our home.
