Valencia is a great and talented agent. She makes my dreams come true. Because of her I got a excellent house in reasonable price and in great neighborhood. She worked for me regardless of week day, weekend, day, night, holiday, and rainy day. She is really very honest with her work and client. She helped me and guided me like my own sister. Absolutely AMAZING experience from beginning to end! This was my first go round and I felt VERY comfortable to ask all my questions and be sure that I was prepared for move-in. Jkiaya made sure to thoroughly explain each step throughout the process leaving no room for unanswered questions or confusion. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and easy home buying process.

My wife and I loved every minute working with Tanika. She is very professional, knowledgeable and accessible. We were very indecisive at times, so I must also add patient to the list of things we love about her. If we ever need another Realtor, she will be the first and only person we call.

Tanika is AWESOME!! She has worked diligently to assist us in our home search for close to 2 yrs!! She is patient and doesn't make you feel pressured to buy just anything. Valencia is very knowledgeable and thorough in her approach to real estate.
