Brittnei went above and beyond as a realitor. She picked me up and took me to see properties when I was waiting for my car to be delivered from another state. She negotiated the price of my new home and also the builder threw in a brand new stainless steel refrigerator because of her. I highly recommend Brittnei on the purchase or selling of your home.

Valencia was a dream to work with. Her negotiation skills are out of this world. Not only did she negotiate the asking price BELOW the market value, she also negotiated a Brunswick pool table and two refrigerators be included with the house! She was and still is available anytime I have any questions, even when she is sleeping ( I unknowingly woke her up with a question ). She knew we were on a budget, so she negotiated our closing cost.
