From the first day of the process , of finding me a home Mrs.Gibson was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable about everything from where she resides cities away, to where I am in Houston. She cared about my desires, and the cares of my family . She was pleasant, and patient every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her to get , the job done.Whether you need , she has it.
Tanika and her company handled the sale of a property I had been renting. She gave good advice throughout the process of making it ready for sale. It all went rather smoothly. She provided market data on homes in the area, and from there we established the listing price. It went out to the MLS with pictures and we started getting offers the first day. The paperwork (contracts, etc.) were handled in a professional manner. I would highly recommend her company for any real estate transaction.
Tanika Donnell is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and will go above and beyond to get what you needed done in order to close. There were times when I thought I wasn’t going to be closing on time but Tanika pulled through and was able to contact the other party on what needed to be done promptly.

Eunice took everything we asked for in consideration and she delivered!! We closed early and fast as she promised! We would recommend Eunice to anyone in the market to purchase a home! New homebuyers or seasoned home buyers! She is very thorough and kind! We love her!
We met Valencia through Zillow and she was very agreeable in working with out schedule. We had found a wonderful little home and she helped us put in an offer for it the SAME day we looked at it, since it was such a wonderful deal for it's location and the quality. She helped us move quickly and finding options for comparing loan providers, and is very knowledgeable about every facet of the home buying process.
Very unhappy with our experience with Tanika. Basically, she was very sloppy and disingenuous throughout the process. She didn't look through any of our documents, or bother show up to our closing. It turned out that we found out that we had signed some major (non-standard) addendums which we realized at the closing. She was basically MIA throughout the whole process, and took virtually no responsibility for her actions (despite making her customary 3%).
