Tanika was on the ball, fully engaged, and knew exactly how to maximize the sale price of my old house while knocking nearly 10% off the purchase price of my new house. I'm frankly flabbergasted--this was an entirely different experience than the one I had with my previous agent. Will absolutely seek her services for my next home sale/purchase, no hesitation. What an amazing woman! God sent! Valencia is very knowledgeable in her profession, always willing to do over and beyond the required. Ensuring that all her client’s needs are met before even asked. She made our relocation from California seamless from start to finish. She knows her communities facts, histories and anything else you can think of. I would for sure HIGHLY! Recommend Valencia to my family and friends, she is a true jewel.

This is our 5th home to sell and we have NEVER had a realtor come meet us that was as prepared as Tanika was. She had a book of comps and information on the market around us. We were blown away with her knowledge and presentation. She had a solid game plan at our very first meeting. She listed our home and within a few days, we had a full price offer.
