I can't say enough about Tanika. She was professional and knowledgeable. She is highly responsive. At times she would respond in minutes. She was on vacation in Cancun and still responded quickly. She was at a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and returned my call. She helped me find what I was looking for to meet my needs. We looked at a number of homes all in one day. Tanika was awesome in helping my husband I find our new home quickly and for a great deal. We were realistic with what we qualified for vs what we wanted to pay and found something that was not only $300 less a month compared to our rented apartment but was double the space, in a quiet community and with a private pool. Tanika was absolutely amazing. She helped me every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of questions. She was always a text/phone call away and never made me feel like my questions were stupid. She helped me find the perfect home! I honestly couldn't have done it without her.
Tanika was beyond awesome! She is a woman of faith that made us feel at ease immediately! She prayed for our family and our home search! Even more amazing is that she took our search for a home so personally. With one phone call I knew we had found the right realtor and I'm thankful to her attention to detail and support when things didn't go as planned. She did most of the ground work so we didn't have to and that was huge for me. I would recommend her a thousand times over!
I purchased a home in Waxahachie, Texas while still living in Atlanta, Georgia. This was also my first home purchase Tanika made this process less stressful. Not to say it wasn't stressful but she always eased my mind when I spoke to her. She is very knowledgeable and keeps your concerns in mind. We did not know the Dallas area well and she helped us ALOT with trying to find a good area for schools. I would recommend her with 5 stars. She was AWESOME!!!!

Tanika helps with the home buying process like she is the intended resident -- meaning, she wouldn't sell a client a home that she wouldn't live in herself!! She also represented me in my selling my current home and the process went by smoothly. She always kept me informed with "next step" processes. I appreciate her honesty and real estate knowledge.
