Tanika's knowledge and attentiveness, made me feel really comfortable, I asked for a 3 month contract and I think she sold my house in about 3 weeks. this a first for me could not be happier

My families experience with Mrs.Donnell was nothing short of amazing! Being in the business myslef the process of finding a home can be quite stressful but she really made the process seamless. I would recommend Mrs. Tanika Donnell to anyone that wants a realtor that wil work day and night to find your forever home. If/when I purchase another home my business will go only to Mrs. Donnell

We found Tanika on Trulia and her responsiveness and expertise drew us in!! Not only did she know the Mansfield area well, she knew every little thing to share with us in order to mitigate any problems and we had ZERO issues throughout the entire process (not to mention the easiest closing ever). While my concern were our new puppies as she was showing the house, she took care of them during the showing and afterwards she made sure they had water before she locked up! Tanika Donnell is an AWESOME Realtor who really goes the extra mile. From first hand experience she is adamant about finding the right home, in the right neighborhood, for the right price! She is so patient, we moved to Dallas about 325 miles from our hometown, and have looked at several homes on our own. But Tanika takes all of the hassle out of home surfing, she really cares about her clients. She values our time, and with her expertise cautions us about making unreasonable offers on overpriced homes.
