Wow! Tanika is a consummate professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. I felt secure in knowing Tanika had my interest at heart. Being fairly new to Texas ,Tanika was able to steer me to an area that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Tanika is excellent. She not only will find you a nice house but she will find the perfect house. She showed me so many and not once was she upset. She made sure it was the house of my dreams and she found it. Every time I go in my new home I fall in love with it all over again. Wonderful seller but must important wonderful Person. My son will be looking for a house next year and I will be calling Tanika Donell. Thanks for everything

Tanika Donnell is an AWESOME realtor. Purchasing a home is often a very confusing process. I am thankful that I found a realtor that was able to walk me through each step of the process. Tanika is a very pleasant and professional Realtor. She took the time to determine what our family needed and wanted in a home. I would like to say that Tanika was a God sent though out my process on selling my old home and purchasing my new home. Anytime that I called her she always called me back in a timely manner. Tanika was fantastic! Not only were we first time home buyers, but we also decided to build a home through a production builder. Tanika checked in with us regularly throughout the 6 month build time and offered plenty of advice and insight to help navigate the process.
