We could not be happier with the sell of our home. Tanika has made this such a pleasant experience. The entire process took only 1 month. Mrs. Donnell's expertise was evident from the very beginning. My family and I were relocating to the DFW area and weren't sure what agent to pick to help us with our home search. After reading Tanika's reviews we contacted her and we were very impressed with her knowledge. Since we were between states during our search there were many times that Tanika went to homes and sent us videos or used FaceTime with us. My wife and I recently started working with Mrs. Donnell on the sale of our home. She has been outstanding! Tanika is extremely professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgable, thorough and many other great adjectives. While we have been busy back and forth relocating, she has probably gone beyond her normal scope of work. Tanika has been more than accommodating towards our request. I bought my first home and i didn't know what to expect but Tanika made my experience very easy. It was amazing how quickly she recognized my needs and wants in a house. We were very pleased with Tanika's knowledge and expertise in the selling of our house. She got great comps so we could determine what our house was worth and what price we should put it on the market for. She showed us what we needed to do to stage the house also.
