Tanika and her team helped me to buy my first home! As a veteran it was important to have someone knowledgeable of all the benefits and requirements of the VA home loan. Tanika has helped me to find a lender who made sure I received everything that I was eligible for as well. How can I say this and make you understand how extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind hearted, and an absolute breath of fresh air Tanika Donnell is! To begin, Tanika fit us in to show houses on our very limited schedule during the Week of Thanksgiving! If that doesn’t deserve 5 stars, I don’t know what does!? I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanika when looking for my home. From day 1, Tanika was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Tanika was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.
