Tanika Donnell was an angel se from above she and her staff are completely professional, compassionate ,patient and kind she is very knowledgeable of the field and she makes you feel like you are the only client. She responds to all and any concerns. She definitely works for you. She won't let you settle for less than what you want or need. She made things very smoothe. I will highly recommend her and her agency they get 10 stars from me.

This was the best experience ever! Tanika helped me understand the process and made things easier to deal with. She gave "Plenty" of house options until I found the one that met my needs. Tanika is the absolute best! My husband and I relocated to the area almost a year ago and buying a home was our number 1 goal. This was our first time buying a home and Ms Thompson was there for us every step of the way. She answered calls, returned txt, promptly sent emails and provided honest feedback throughout our experience. Very knowledgeable about inspections. Negotiated everything we asked for. We were very pleased with our realtor and highly recommend her. She will be our realtor for life.

If I could give Tanika Donnell Realty 10 stars, I would! Tanika was extremely courteous and knowledgeable throughout my entire process. She prepared me and provided suggestions on what to do prior to placing my current home on the market. I believe because I listened to her, my home sold so quickly and of course it was God's perfect timing. My house was listed on June 8th and contracted on June 15th. Eunice was awesome ready and willing to go looking anytime even after the purchase of my home she stayed in contact and made sure everything was as it should be before and while I’m in my home. Just awesome attentiveness to my needs as a buyer. Her staff always kept me in the loop and informed view email and calls. This was a GREAT experience with covid 19 going on. I didn’t think it was possible but she made it happen.
