Well I really believe that God bought Tanika and my wife and I together for this venture. Tanika Donnell has delivered on all of her promises. She has made selling a property and buying one very smooth. In a market that has limited homes to buy we were able to get the right home for our needs in a good neighborhood . I would definately refer Tanika Donnell Realty to anyone looking for an experienced Realtor.

BaTiBa was wonderful to work with! She made the entire process a breeze. She gave great advice throughout the process. She always listened to what I wanted and did not want and made the necessary adjustments. By the end of the process it felt more like I had been going through the process with a friend. This was my first time buying a home and I needed it in a hurry. I set my standards and a deadline. I was relocating and at times was not sure things would work out. Only spoke over telephone to Ms. Donnell. I must say she was very professional and precise in explaining things I didn't understand. The property sold very quickly. I would recommend and also use Ms. DONNELL services again. I have already referred my friend to her.
