Shaunta is the BEST! She is patient and kind. She listens to what you are looking for, finds different options to choose from, and keeps you in the loop during the application process. I love how she will point out things that could become an issue during a house tour. She also checks in to make sure you as a person are doing okay through the process of finding your home. For sure 10/10 I recommend Shaunta! ??????
Ms. Butler is truly amazing! Being a first time homebuyer she was very patient and knowledgeable about the hurdles that come with buying a condo. Through it all Ms. Butler was an amazing listener and had great composure as we progressed through the process. I would recommend her 10/10 times to my family and friends.
As a first-time home buyer in this very competitive sellers market, Jkiaya did an excellent job guiding me every step of the way. My husband and I sold our home and are now having one built thanks to Tanika. Tanika and her staff were nothing but professtional from the time we met them. Our home was sold within 90 days. Staff: Ms. Bridges,(Realtor) listened to what we were looking for in a home. She took us all over DFW. She had superb customer service and was patient. Tim/photographer was great. Even after we purchased our home she was still available for anything we needed. She even gives her clients a special surprise after the deal is done! One of the best experiences ever! As a first time homebuyer, the real estate industry is intimidating. I only had FHA pre-approval and sellers won’t consider FHA offers at all.
