I happened to get randomly paired with Shaunta when I requested to view a home through Zillow. I'm so happy it worked out this way! Eunice Pettaway was very professional, responsive, and exceeded my expectations during the entire process! She made sure that I found everything I was looking for in a home and was knowledgable and detailed on every concern I had. I will definitely come back to her when renting or buying a home again. It was a complete joy to work with Eunice. She really had our best interest at heart and cared for the well being of our family. We ended up in our dream home and it is all due to her guidance and faith. Even after our time working together was complete she has still checked in on us to see how we are progressing in our project home. Moving from Indiana to Texas was a frightening task seeing that my fiancé and I had no knowledge of where to start. After the first few minutes of speaking with Shaunta on the phone we were much more at ease. Shaunte gave us many options as far as homes,locations,neighborhoods and ideas for our future home. Upon meeting Shaunta, my husband I were impressed. We currently moved to the Dallas area and Shaunta provided awesome insight about various neighborhoods. Real estate agent was very unprofessional and had no sense of time. Showed up 15 minutes late to home-viewing, smelled of alcohol, and attempted to minimize it all by claiming to have just left a baby-shower. Agent took another 15 minutes attempting to get into the home through a rear-door. I'd like to add that my fiancee was unable to attend the showing due to a previous engagement. I highly recommend Tanika and her team. They are absolute rockstars! We are a military family and had to buy our house while in another state. I was able to fly down for a day and her team had lined up showings for everything I wanted to see that day (and it was fun looking at houses with Tanika!) She had our backs every step of the way and was always quick to respond. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to her.
