Tanika was very professional fast and reliable on helping me find the perfect house. I run 6 restaurants and have a very busy schedule and she was able to work with me in very short notices and timeframes that I needed to plan everything around. Her staff was amazing. All I can say is WOW! Tanika and her team are the best. I've worked with her numerous times. Tanika helped me purchase my first home 4 years ago. I got married and purchase a new build and sold my existing home. She also assisted me with both transactions. I can say that she is very trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients getting the best service. She makes you feel like family. I love her and her team.

Everything you need and want, Mina has. With her help, I looked at several houses until we found the perfect one, a brand new one that we managed to get lower than asking price which is unheard of in this marketplace. Shaunta is Awesome. She was patient, consistent and motivated to get me into a home. She educated on me on things i wasnt aware of and made sure i understood it. Ive been looking for a house for a year and 2 previous realtors that didnt work out. So as they say third time is the charm. Would definently do future business with Shaunta

If you are looking for an experienced and professional realtor, Tanika is the perfect person. I am a first time home buyer, Tanika & her assistant Ashley made the process so easy.
