Wonderful service first class love Nissan of mobile
I love Nissan, BUT, I recently traded my Murano for a New Murano. Anyway, they said they would be lucky to get $15,000 for my trade in, well I just looked on the website........They have my used car up for $17,961 and I barely got $13,000 for trade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst service ever. If i didnt have warranty left I would never come back. As a female I know basic stuff about a car. But as a mechanic they should know more and better. How can they take my money and do a "visual" check up for $190! My brake and off track light was on and they don't even warn or let their customers know. They just let them drive off. 1 star is still too good. I would give them a NEGATIVE 7 if it exist
This place is horrible. Brought a brand new Pathfinder 4 months ago. Have had problems since the first month. They basically said my husband and I have made up all the problems. The transmission is a screw up. I will never do business with this company or Nissan again. Should've bought another Toyota.
