Thanks for fitting me in between appointments with other car for a quick oil change . I had four hours to kill sometime till 3 pm to go to work on time. But I can understand some service can take longer too to have make appointments. Easy breezy day .

Awful experience twice in a row! What's the point of making a appointment at 7:30 in the morning on a Tuesday..... If you car isn't even looked at until 4:15 in the afternoon! Still had to wait 45 min for my services to be completed.... Bad part is all of what I requested wasn't even done! I would like some one from management to contact me!

Had a great experience on Fri. After being turned down at other dealers, I was able to buy a new Nissan Versa. My salesman ( Ray Shaw) was very helpful and courteous. Also, the finance lady Vicki was awesome and a great big help. These folks made my buying experience a pleasure. I will return for my next car!

Me and my wife went to buy a nissian at chris myers and it was a nightmare. We then went to Nissan of Mobile and had one of the best car experience I have ever encountered. Our salesman kendarrus was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve the sales Manger worked to put the deal together and Ms Vickie in the finance office was a blessing. You can't find a more professional team.

I loved my salesman Danny Phillips...he was great & went above & beyond the call 2 help me & my family get in a very nice car...but that's about all of the good experience ive had at this dealership...had some things that needed repair 2 days later...the service manager was not cooperative but Danny talked 2 the dealerships manager & they went over the service depts heads & worked on it immediately...but 3 weeks later...the repairs were done VERY POORLY & now I have called several times & have even left the manager messages ... read more
