They were nice and they had a nice cool warm waiting room. Refreshments was available.
They were friendly from the time I pulled up. It didn't take long as I thought it would.

Hey people, Big Mo is the real deal. He told me he was gonna put me in the car I WANTED even with my credit was shot, and my money low. He did what others couldn't. I came from Houston Tx to Mobile Al to get my car. I couldn't be happier.

The salesman was extremely rude. Had I not needed a car that day I would not have purchased anything from this dealership. Finance dept was rude as well. Threw my bank card back at me when I made the down payment. Didn't clean the used vehicle I purchased, like they said they were; didn't even put a temporary tag on it like they said they were. Can't help but think we were being discriminated against because we are white. The only good thing I can say about them is when I first arrived at the dealership, I was met by a very ... read more
